Confirm
A representative of Apex Signing will reach out to the signing party to confirm a date, time, and place to execute the documents needed. Documents are printed well in advance and a transaction specialist will review any special instructions to ensure every document is present.
Execute
Apex Signing has a team of experts ready to guide the signer(s) through all documents and forms required. Our Loan Signing Agents have deep knowledge of the real estate transaction process. We will notarized the proper documents AND work diligently to complete all necessary paperwork; to ensure there are no missing signatures, initials, or dates.
Deliver
We require our Loan Signing Agents to check for errors at the signing table and during our packaging process. As we prepare the documents for delivery, we ensure each real estate professional gets the appropriate original documents they need and any relevant copies that their office may need to reference.
